It provides outstanding fishing from its headwaters in Yellowstone Park all the way to beyond Columbus. The world renowned Yellowstone River is an obvious fishing venue from this location, but many smaller and lesser known public and private waters are within an easy day trip from the lodge as well. The Fireside room is located in the main lodge and The Grill is set a short walk from your room in a separate building that also has plenty of meeting space and a large event room. The lodge accommodations are accompanied by two different dining and bar areas. The ranch house can be rented as a single unit or as singular rooms. In addition to the main lodge there are four spacious ranch house style cabins with four separate guest rooms in each. Sage Lodge accommodations consist of luxurious main lodge rooms each with a gas fireplace and a semi private balcony or deck overlooking the lodge's private stocked pond. The Yellowstone drainage is the stronghold for the wild and native Yellowstone Cutthroat trout (and don't forget about the always present Rocky Mountain Whitefish), as well as an abundance of wild browns and rainbows. Ideally situated for quick and easy access for any number of days of guided fly fishing on the Yellowstone River, world famous spring creeks (Depuy's, Armstrong's, or Nelson's), inside Yellowstone National Park itself, as well as the Boulder, Stillwater, and various other private ranch waters.
